The Thru-Hiker Diet Plan 5/2/2013

6 days of food for my upcoming hike through Great Smoky Mountain National Park:

- Alfredo pasta side (1)
- Garlic mashed potatoes (1)
- Tuna (2 pks)
- Pepperoni log
- Cinnamon raisin bagels (3)
- Beef jerky (8 oz)
- Coffee singles (3)
- Carnation instant breakfast (2)
- Protein powder (6 oz)
- Gatorade (2 pks)
- Instant oatmeal (12 pks assorted)
- Peanut butter (4.5 oz)
- Nature Valley protein bars (10)
- Trail mix (12 oz)
- Easy Mac (2 pks)
- Raisins (6 oz)
- Peanut butter M&M's (2 pks)
- Snickers bars (6)
