Grayson Highlands 5/28/2013

Wild ponies were grazing early in the morning as the trail passed through Grayson Highlands Park, just north of Mt. Rogers. Some hikers were lucky enough to get a close up visit from them, even being licked. I didn't get that experience, but it was really neat to see them, even if from a distance.
