Wild ponies were grazing early in the morning as the trail passed through Grayson Highlands Park, just north of Mt. Rogers. Some hikers were lucky enough to get a close up visit from them, even being licked. I didn't get that experience, but it was really neat to see them, even if from a distance.
HI ADAM- I am so sorry to hear about your trip to the hospital- However, God does work in strange ways- What a blessing you were with your friend at his house- I am sure it was a lesson well earned!!!
