I want to thank everyone for their support, encouragement and interest in my adventure. I hope to get back to the trail again one day to see sections that I have not yet experienced. I hope you enjoy the pictures below that I didn't get a chance to post.
Gronk also posted a short YouTube video of photos that covers his perspective of most of the 650 miles that I hiked: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HU1iscK3dTY&noredirect=1

Hey MacGyver! I wondered where you were. I am sorry to hear you're off the trail, something with which I can commiserate completely. Interesting to read about your dehydration episode.

MacGyver - congratulations on your trek. It may not be as much as you were planning but it is a heck of a big hike. Add in the ups and down and all the rest and it turns into a hell of a big hike. Your accomplishment is something that many dream about and few take the initiative to attempt. These adventures are supposed to be a fun experience and many times a variety of things conspire to turn it into an ordeal. At that point it is time to switch gears and move on to the next thing in life. It was a pleasure hiking with you and I wish you the very best. Bonjour
